POPPY SEED COOKIES 
1/2 c. Mazola oil
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream oil, butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Roll dough into 2 logs. Cut into 1/8 inch rounds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
