CREAMED TURKEY DELIGHT 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. hot chicken stock or bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Dash of garlic seasoning
1 c. milk
1 c. light cream
1 lb. cooked turkey breast or chicken meat, sliced
Cooked rice or noodles
3 tbsp. toasted almonds, chopped

Melt butter and add flour, stirring until smooth.

Pour hot chicken stock into butter-flour mixture and stir until smooth. Add seasonings.

Heat milk and cream in separate pan. Pour into thickened chicken stock and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring often. Add sliced meat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve sauce very hot over noodles or rice.
