MARCI'S CHOCAROON PIE 
3 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. (7 oz.) Baker's coconut (premium shred is best)

Melt chocolate and butter in sauce pan over low heat. Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Combine milk and coconut; spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2 to 1 inch border. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.
