1 bunch broccoli, raw
1 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces and fried

Mix together.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Mix and pour over veggies.
