"MISS MAGGIE'S" BUTTERNUT SQUASH | |
Butternut squash Salt Brown sugar Butter Cut squash in half lengthwise. Remove pulp. Bake face down in 1/2 inch salted water at 350 degrees until almost tender. Make paste of brown sugar and butter. Spread generously over top of squash. Cover and continue to bake until tender. |
