BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 boxes chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 1/2 c. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 sm. grated onion
1 c. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli and drain. Add soups, mushrooms, and cheese; mix together. Put into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Melt stick of butter; add onion until tender. Add bread crumbs, then spread this topping over the broccoli. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
