1 lb. pkg. dark chocolate (candy making type)
Sm. bottle peppermint oil
1 Box Ritz crackers

(Chocolate and oil can be purchased at Flower Time) melt approximately 1/2 package of chocolate in top of double boiler. Add 2 to 3 drops peppermint oil. Dip crackers in melted chocolate and cover thoroughly. Shake off excess chocolate and place cracker on wax paper. When crackers are cool, remove with spatula and store in plastic container in refrigerator.
