INDIAN BREAD 
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. powdered milk
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 - 1 1/2 c. oil for frying

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and powdered milk. Stir in warm water. Mix and knead for 5 minutes until it forms a soft dough. Let stand 1/2 hour. Roll dough into balls the size of lemons. Roll out each ball by hand. Roll the thinner the better. Fry in pan in oil. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
