YUMMY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. corn flake crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Defrost potatoes. Add cheese, soup, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream and 1/4 cup melted butter. Mix together. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
