APPLE NUT CHEESE BREAD 
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (about 6 oz.)
1 med. apple peeled and chopped (1 c.)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan (9 x 5). In large bowl mix first 5 ingredients. Stir in eggs, milk and oil just until mixed. Stir in cheese, apple and nuts just until mixed. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bread pulls away from the side of the pan. Let stand 5 minutes and remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
