CALZONES 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/2 of a green pepper, diced
5 slices provolone cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. bulk sausage, browned

Thaw bread dough, allow to rise and then punch it down and roll out into a large triangle (flouring as necessary). Spread out pepperoni, pepper, cheese and sausage evenly over the rectangle. Roll and close ends. Brush on beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
