CALZONE 
White bread dough (thawed)
1 lb. sausage
3 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb. grated mozzarella cheese
Olive oil

Brown sausage and drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, herbs, garlic and onion. Simmer 10 minutes. Divide dough into 8 pieces and roll into circles, 1/4-1/2 inch thick. Spread sauce on 1/2 of each circle. Top with pepperoni, mushrooms and mozzarella. Wet edges. Fold in half and seal. Brush with olive oil. Prick top in 4 places. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Serve with additional sauce and Parmesan cheese and salad. Serves 8.
