CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower and broccoli (1 lb. bag)
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 stick melted butter

Boil vegetables 3 minutes. Place in casserole dish. Add mushroom soup and sprinkle cheese on top. Sprinkle Bisquick over cheese and pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
