LAYERED FRUIT SALAD 
3 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. strawberry yogurt
2 c. frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 c. strawberries (halved)
1 pt. blueberries
3 peaches (sliced)
2 c. grapes
1 (20 oz.) can mandarin oranges (well drained)

Mix top six ingredients and refrigerate. Place a layer of each: blueberries, peaches and strawberries. Put a layer of cream mixture. Then layer grapes and oranges. Top with remaining cream. Garnish top with 6 orange slices and a couple blueberries. Yield: 24 (1 1/2 cup) servings. Use a glass bowl - pretty!
