8 oz. very soft cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash cinnamon
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix well and pour into graham cracker or chocolate crust. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Pour well mixed sour cream, sugar and vanilla over the pie and bake 5 minutes more. Chill well and serve "as is" or with favorite topping. Tastes best when served one day after it is made.
