LASAGNA 
2 cans Italian tomato sauce
1 can Italian tomato paste
2 tbsp. butter
1 bay leaf
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Italian seasoning, to taste
Garlic salt, to taste
Accent to taste
Salt to taste

Brown beef and onion in skillet and drain off grease. In a saucepan, add all the other ingredients (including beef). Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour. Mozzarella cheese 1 carton cottage cheese (can sub. Ricotta if desired) 1 egg

Cook lasagna noodles; drain. Mix egg and cottage cheese. Place 2 tablespoons sauce in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese and sauce. Repeat until noodles are gone. Finishing with sauce, top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
