SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cooked spaghetti
1 (32 oz.) jar Prego sauce
1 lb. ground beef (optional)
1 onion, chopped
3 c. grated cheddar or colby cheese
Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti until tender; drain. Rinse well in cold water, drain again. Brown meat and onion, drain oil. In a 9 x 13 inch pan layer 1/2 spaghetti, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 grated cheese. Repeat layers - spaghetti, meat, sauce, cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serve with salad and garlic bread. Serves 6-8. Leave out beef for a meatless meal.
