JAMBALAYA 
2 3/4 c. cooked rice
1 box sausage (cut up)
2 lbs. shrimp (cut up)
1 onion (diced)
1 bell pepper (diced)
Red pepper
Season salt
Mrs. Dash

Place in a skillet sausage, shrimp, onion, bell pepper and cook until done. Then mix your cooked rice into the skillet. Dash in season salt, red pepper and Mrs. Dash to taste. Cook on medium high 30 to 45 minutes.
