IRISH DREAM HENRY 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. heavy cream
3 lg. eggs, beaten lightly
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1 c. Irish Whiskey

In large bowl whisk together well the milk, the cream, the eggs, the chocolate syrup and coconut extract. Mix well and gently whisk in whiskey. Transfer mixture to 1 quart container. Chill at least 3 hours. This mixture will keep covered in the refrigerator for about one week.
