1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky peanut butter
4 c. Special K
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) bag butterscotch chips

Melt first 3 ingredients together and pour over the Special K. Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13 inch well buttered pan. Do not pack. Let cool.

Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread on top of mixture. Let stand overnight.
