PASTA - VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1/2 lb. Mostaccioli 2 lg. tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1 1/2 c. broccoli florets, cook 1/2 time 3/4 c. frozen peas, thawed 1 c. Wishbone - Roberto Italian 1 tsp. dried basil 8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Cook pasta, rinse until cool. Combine in large bowl tomatoes, broccoli, peas, dressing and basil. Add both cheeses plus pasta. Toss lightly and chill. I added mushrooms, carrots and cauliflower. |
