ORANGE GRAND MARNIER SORBET 
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
peel of 1 orange, white part removed and julienned
2 cups fresh orange juice
2 tbsp. unsweetened orange juice concentrate
1 tbsp. Grand Marnier
6 dessert shells

Make a syrup by combining water, sugar and orange peel in a non-corrosive pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Discard the orange peel. Combine syrup, juice, juice concentrate and Grand Marnier.

Fill shells with sorbet. Freeze until sorbet is very firm. Serve frozen.

Makes 6.
