CHEESE AND MACARONI PUFF 
1 c. macaroni, cooked
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. or more of cheese
3 eggs, separated
5 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 pimento; optional

Separate eggs. Beat yolks and milk. Mix remaining ingredients with milk mixture. Fold in beaten egg whites. Add more milk if dry. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serves 8.
