2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
4 c. torn lettuce
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. fresh parsley
2 oranges, pared, sectioned & drained
2 grapefruit, pared, sectioned & drained

In large bowl stir together oil, vinegar and honey. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
