VIDALIA AND CITRUS SALAD 
3 oranges, sectioned
3 grapefruits, sectioned
1 Granny Smith apple, diced
1 c. red or green seedless grapes
1 lg. Vidalia onion, sliced

Marinate 1 hour before serving in:

1 c. wine vinegar
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper

Drain and serve over crisp lettuce.
