HOT CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with vegetable oil.

3 c. peeled and chopped apples
2 c. whole raw cranberry

1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

1 1/2 c. white sugar

1 1/3 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 stick melted butter

Sprinkle across fruit mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
