EASY BAKED APPLES 
5 red apples
1 c. apple cider
5 tbsp. maple syrup
Ground cinnamon

Core apples. Place apples around the edges of a microwave safe casserole dish. Pour cider on and around the apples. Drizzle 1 tablespoon syrup on each apple, dust lightly with cinnamon. Cover with casserole lid and microwave on high for 10 minutes or until fork tender. Serve warm with a spoon of vanilla non fat yogurt, if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
