TRIPLE LAYER PARFAITS 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 pt. strawberries, cut in half
1 container (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Reserve 1/2 cup gelatin mixture (let stand at room temperature). Pour remaining gelatin mixture into 6 dessert dishes. Add half of the strawberries. Chill until almost set.

Fold reserved gelatin mixture into 2 cups whipped topping. Spoon over first layer. Chill until firm. Top with remaining strawberries and remaining whipped topping before serving.
