SAUSAGE CAKE 
1/2 lb. uncooked mild bulk sausage
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded apple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Frozen Cool Whip, thawed

In large bowl, cream together uncooked sausage and sugar until light. Add eggs, continue beating 5 minutes. Thoroughly stir together flour, baking powder, salt, soda and spices. Add to sausage mixture. Alternate with milk, beating after each addition. Fold in apple and pecans. Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 50-55 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
