QUICK SALAD

MIX:

1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. buttermilk

ADD:

1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
8 to 10 fudge striped shortbread cookies, crumbled

Mix buttermilk, juice, pudding with mixer. Add pineapple, Cool Whip and blend. Add cookies.
