WALNUT OAT PIE 
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 unbaked pie shell (9-inches)

In large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients; mix well. Pour filling into pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.

Makes 8 servings.
