WHITE SAUCE BUTTER BALLS 
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
2 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. salt
2 c. flour

Line baking sheet with wax paper. Sift dry ingredients together; use mixer to cream in the butter. Drop by heaping tablespoons on baking sheet. Store in Tupperware container in freezer.

TO MAKE SAUCE: Combine 1 cup milk with butter balls and cook, stirring constantly. Thin = 1 ball. Medium = 2 balls. Thick = 3 balls.
