HOT CRAB DIP 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. capers, drained (optional)
1/4 c. sherry wine
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and cover with foil before baking. Bake at 250 degrees for 1/2 hour.
