CREAMY POTATO SOUP 
2 c. water
4 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. dried parsley leaves
1 c. milk
1 c. whipped cream
3 tbsp. butter
salt/pepper

Simmer potatoes, onions, and celery in water until tender. Using a potato masher, mash vegetables until only bits of potato are left. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer until thick and creamy.
