HAMBURGER - RICE DISH 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion
1 c. rice
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. water
Salt and pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 tbsp. chili powder

Ground hamburger with onion. Pour off fat. Add tomato sauce, water, rice, chili powder, and cook until rice is tender. Melt Velveeta in mixture.
