BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
Blueberries

Combine sour cream and cheese. Add other ingredients and beat until well mixed. Cook on hot greased griddle until bubbles break on surface. Turn and cook until golden brown. Serve with butter and powdered sugar.
