CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE | |
2 c. Minute Rice 1 can cream of celery soup 3/4 can water 1 can cream of chicken soup 4 chicken breasts (skinned and boned) 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Sprinkle rice in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour chicken and celery soup over and add 3/4 can water. Place breasts on top; sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and seal with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Serves 8. |
