CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 box graham crackers
1 can milk chocolate frosting (purchased)
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
3 c. cold milk

Mix pudding and milk in a large bowl and beat until smooth and thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Stir until well blended.

Layer a 9 x 13 pan with one layer of graham crackers. Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers. Place another layer of crackers. Pour second half of pudding over crackers. Place a third layer of graham crackers. Melt the can of frosting in the microwave until thin enough to pour over top.

Hint. Do not use a knife to spread frosting; just tip pan to cover the top. Chill at least 1 to 2 hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
