CABBAGE DOGS 
4-6 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. minced garlic
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 head of cabbage, chopped
1 cup water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. Kikkoman sweet and sour sauce
6-8 hotdogs or sausages

In a skillet on high heat (approx 350°F) sauté olive oil, garlic and chopped celery. Add chopped cabbage and water. Steam for 10 minutes. Add soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce. Mix and steam for 5 minutes. Add hotdogs underneath cabbage. Cover and cook until hotdogs are cooked and cabbage is tender. Stir occasionally.

Serve warm. Great served with homemade rolls.
