OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar sub.
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
3 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. chocolate chips

Cream together butter, sugar substitute and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Fold in rolled oats and chocolate chips.

Using 2 teaspoons for each cookie, drop onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes until cookies begin to brown around edges. Store in covered containers.
