PEAR CUSTARD 
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix together and pour into pie shell:

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Pare and slice 3 to 4 firm pears. Spoon into mixture already in pie shell. Bake approximately 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
