LEMON DELIGHT | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. sugar 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2/3 c. powdered sugar 1 lg. Cool Whip 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding 2 1/2 c. milk Melt butter and combine with flour and sugar. Press into a 10x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; cool. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and half of Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust. While chilling, prepare lemon pudding using 2 1/2 cups of milk. Spread on cheese mixture and add remaining Cool Whip. Top with chopped nuts and maraschino cherries (optional). |
