SHRIMP SALAD 
2 pkgs. gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. cream of tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Melt soup and cream cheese in pan over slow heat. Add gelatin and water to soup and cheese.

3 dashes Tabasco sauce (or hot sauce)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. green onions
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can DRAINED shrimp meat (or crab meat)

9-inch pan or dish (slightly oiled with a vegetable oil). Let set in refrigerator. Cut in squares for serving.
