DILL BUTTER 
1 stick butter, room temp.
1/4 c. minced dill or 1 tbsp. dried
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix with a wooden spoon until light and fluffy. Transfer to a sheet of heavy duty foil. Form a log 8 inches long, 3/4 inches in diameter. Wrap, tucking in ends. Freeze. 1/4 inch slice = 1 tsp. May use parsley, mint (omit lemon juice) or 2 cloves garlic (omit lemon juice). Use for seasoning fish, potatoes, vegetables, pasta, rice, soup or sauces.
