DOUBLE QUICK MUFFINS | |
2 c. self rising flour 1 pt. vanilla ice cream Let ice cream soften at room temperature. In mixing bowl, add ice cream to flour and beat until smooth. Fill 12 medium well greased muffin tins 3/4's full. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins. |
