BUTTER PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 heaping c. pecans
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. light brown sugar
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Pie crust

Slightly beat eggs in medium bowl. Blend in sugar, salt, corn syrup, and butter. Add vanilla and butter flavoring. Arrange pecans on bottom of crust. Pour filling over them. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees until center of pie is almost set, but still soft. Do not over bake for filling will set as it cools. Cool for at least 1 hour.
