OUR FAVORITE MAC 'N CHEESE 
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1/2 c. milk
2 c. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked, drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute vegetables in butter. Reduce heat to low. Add Velveeta cheese spread and milk; stir until Velveeta is melted. Stir in macaroni; spoon into 2-quart casserole. Bake 15 minutes. Garnish as desired. 6 servings. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 15 minutes.
