1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 sm. jar apricots, peaches & carrots baby food (1 jar of each)
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Walnuts, chopped

Combine oil and eggs. Mix well. Add sugar and dry ingredients. Mix with the baby food and nuts. Bake in greased jelly roll pan for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together.
