CRUNCH CAKE 
TOPPING:

Prepare and set aside.

1/2 c. sugar
8 whole graham crackers, crushed 1 1/2 c.
1 stick melted butter

CAKE:

1 cake mix (yellow, chocolate or marble)
1 (4 serving size) instant pudding
1/3-1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. water

12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips

Combine cake ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread chocolate chips over the mixture. Now spread the topping over all. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
