CANDIED CARROTS 
approximately 6 to 8 average sized carrots, diced
1 tbsp. soy butter
approximately 1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cook corn according to package directions. Transfer corn to a serving platter and brush butter mixture over corn.
